The definition of soul is "the spiritual or immaterial part of a human being". "The emotional or intellectual energy or intensity." I personally consider a person's soul the core of who they are as a person.

Have you ever considered that you either care for your soul or you don't? Is it time to actively care for your soul? The definition of soul is "the spiritual or immaterial part of a human being". "The emotional or intellectual energy or intensity." I personally consider a person's soul the core of who they are as a person.
The circle of life has us suffering even starting inside our mother's womb. Many believe that words spoken out of our mother's mouth are sensed by our spirit and we are affected. We learn patterns, self image and the roles we ought to play to survive at a very young age. Sometimes the level of trauma is so great that we literally die inside and become a shell of a person unable to feel much as we go through the motions of existence called life.
I am here to say there is so much more. You are a lovely soul that is meant to heal, learn what is true and come alive. This won't be easy, but it will be worth every step. The very first step to take is to believe that you are worth it. You are worth the time, work and energy it will take so say to your soul "you are lovely and strong and worth what it takes to heal. I am choosing to show up for you."
My life is a miracle and I have experienced healing physically, emotionally, spiritually, relationally and mentally. When Jesus came He came to love, to give life, light, and total healing. As a gift. He has shown up for me and I believe that His Spirit (whom I consider like a mother) will show up for you too when you need them.
The journey of healing is unique to each person and we can be lead by our intuition and the Spirit of God. I am going to list some helpful tools on how to begin your unique healing journey. One step at a time. Skip the ones that you are not drawn to, and start with the ones that you feel are perfect for you at this moment. Maybe some of the tools will create an idea of something not even on my list that you might want to begin with. I will be referring interchangeably between the terms heart and shoul.
